So true, and it happens so quickly. Yesterday my daughter and I went to the track at my old HS so she could run with me on my regular run. She took off like a rocket and as hard as I tried, I could not catch up to her. Yes, she only lasted the lap and I did my usual 6 miles but I can see that too will be fleeting. And I wouldn't have it any other way.
